Refund Policy

All sales are final. Because each embroidered greeting card is made to order by hand, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. If your order is damaged or has a major defect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. I will review it and will fix the problem if a mistake was made on my end.
